We use all major carriers, and local courier partners, such as DHL, FEDEX, UPS, USPS, etc.

Tracking information is sent via text message or email once your order has shipped.


  • Editing Orders: We sincerely apologize, but once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any modifications to it. We understand that circumstances can change, and we regret any inconvenience this may cause.

  • Change Delivery Address: If you need to change your delivery address or hold the shipment, please feel free to manage your delivery through the courier's website.

  • Cancellation Before Shipment: If your order has not yet been shipped and you wish to cancel it, we recommend reaching out to our customer service team(witzman_service@outlook.com) as soon as possible. We can assist you in canceling the order, and you can then place a new one with the desired changes. Please note that we can only support order cancellations before they have been shipped.

Absolutely! We're thrilled to welcome new customers, and as a token of our appreciation, new customers receive an extra 10% discount on their first order.

Sometimes carriers may accidentally mark a shipment as delivered, even though you haven't received your shipment yet. In this case, allow 24 additional hours for the order to be delivered. Packages may be delivered up to 2 hours prior to arrival. If within 24 hours you still haven't received your order, please contact our customer service team:witzman_service@outlook.com.


All of our bags have 1-YEAR WARRANTY and the removable shoulder strap is a LIFETIME WARRANTY. (Man-made damage is not covered under warranty) Any problems with your bag, please contact our customer support team for quick solutions by contacting us at witzman_service@outlook.com.


We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days, you can return it. For quality-related issues, we will cover the return shipping costs. For non-quality issues, you need to be responsible for return shipping. This applies only to items purchased directly purchased on https://www.witzman.shop/.

1. Please make sure the return is in good condition and with original products and accessories without any need for any notes.
2. Please kindly provide us with what express you choose and the return tracking number once available. You may send them to witzman_service@outlook.com.
3. Please advise us of the total number of items you would like to return.

Refunds (if applicable)

After we receive and inspect your returned items, we will email you to notify you and refund you in 24 hours, and the payment will arrive at your bank account in 3-7 business days.

If we receive a damaged item, we will contact you soon.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet :
1. First check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company or your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you get a damaged item or missing some accessories, please contact us at witzman_service@outlook.com, we will give you our best solution ASAP within 12 hours.


We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped. You will get a full refund after the order is canceled.

We will not accept order cancellations after shipping.


You can contact us to replace the product before the package is dispatched.

If you want to exchange after dispatch, we suggest to placing a new order for the item you’d like and returning your current order for a refund.

To preserve the appearance and performance of your bags, please follow the provided cleaning and maintenance guidelines. Typically, you can gently wipe the surface with mild soapy water and then wipe it dry with a damp cloth. Avoid submerging the bags in water to prevent damage to the materials. Regularly inspect and treat any stains or dirt to keep the bags in their best condition.

Your bags and accessories are made of premium nylon with leather accents. They can be spot-cleaned with warm water, gentle laundry soap, and a washcloth. We do not recommend that you run them through the washer or the dryer. If your bag or accessory is a light shade, color transfer may occur if exposed to dark fabrics; if it’s a darker shade, color transfer may occur onto lighter fabrics.

Absolutely not. We never have access to this information. It is the company PayPal that deals with it. Your data is completely safe.
